Water-based or solvent-based for import?
Water-based is cheaper to ship and easier to clear. Choose solvent-based only where performance requires it.
Will colour match across batches?
Only with a spectrophotometer standard and a written delta-E limit per batch. Ask for the reading with every batch.
Can powder coating replace liquid?
For metal parts, yes, and it avoids dangerous-goods handling entirely.
