To make the first conversation useful, tell us what the product is, the annual or per-order volume you expect, your target landed cost or the price you pay today, the destination country, and any certification or standard the product must meet — for example FDA, CE, UKCA, RoHS, IPC, GMP, HACCP, or an OEM customer specification. Drawings, a photo, a spec sheet, or a sample of what you buy now all help.
From there we tell you honestly whether Thailand, Vietnam, or Indonesia is the right origin for your product, what a realistic price band and lead time look like, what tooling or MOQ commitment to expect, and what the next step costs. If ASEAN is not the right answer for your product, we will say so.
