1. Scoping. We start with your product, drawings or specification, target landed cost, annual volume, destination market, and certification requirements. If your product is not a fit for ASEAN manufacturing, we say so at this stage rather than after you have spent months on samples.
2. Supplier discovery and shortlist. We map factories in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia that actually run the required process in-house, then filter by capacity, equipment, export experience, and the certifications your market demands. You receive a shortlist with capability notes instead of a directory list.
3. Verification and factory audit. Our people visit the plant. We check machinery and capacity against your volume, quality systems and records, incoming material control, workforce and safety conditions, and social or ethical compliance where your buyers require it. Findings are written up and sent to you.
4. Quotation and landed cost. You receive one quoted price per unit and one landed cost view including tooling, packaging, inland transport, freight, duty, and our fee already built in. Nothing is charged separately from your order.
5. Samples and tooling. We manage sample rounds, dimensional and material reports, tooling ownership documentation, and first-article approval. Approval criteria are written down before mass production is released.
6. Production and quality control. We agree inspection points up front: incoming material checks, in-line inspection, and AQL pre-shipment inspection with photo reports. You see progress against the production plan, not just a promise of the ship date.
7. Export, documents, and delivery. We handle export documentation, certificates of origin, packing lists, container consolidation across multiple factories where needed, and shipment tracking to your port or door.
