Send your drawings once. TUSKO shortlists capable Thai fabricators for sheet metal, CNC machining, castings and welding, reviews tolerances, and inspects first-article and pre-shipment quality.
Typical scope: laser-cut and formed sheet metal, welded frames and weldments, CNC turned and milled parts, stamped components, sand and investment castings, plus finishing such as powder coating, anodising, zinc plating and passivation. Materials commonly run in Thailand include mild and galvanised steel, 304 and 316 stainless, and 5000/6000-series aluminium.
What we check before you commit: drawing and tolerance review against the machines the factory actually owns, welding qualifications and fixtures, gauge and CMM availability, material certificates traceable to the mill, and finishing subcontractors. On the first run we sign off first-article dimensional reports, then run pre-shipment inspection to an agreed AQL with photo evidence.
Cost and volume: fabrication programmes usually work from a few hundred pieces upward, with stamping and casting requiring tooling that we document as your property. Landed cost is quoted as one number including packaging, inland transport to port, freight and duty.
