Tooling decides plastics programmes. TUSKO documents mould ownership, gives DFM feedback before tooling, reviews T1/T2 samples, and signs off dimensions before mass production in Thailand.
Typical scope: single-cavity and multi-cavity tooling, technical and cosmetic mouldings, over-moulding and insert moulding, assembly and decoration such as pad printing, hot stamping and ultrasonic welding. Resins routinely available include PP, PE, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, POM, PA6 and PA66 with glass fill, plus food-contact and UV-stabilised grades.
What we check before you commit: mould ownership and storage written into the order, DFM feedback before steel is cut, steel and hot-runner specification, cavity count against your annual volume, T1 and T2 sample review with dimensional reports, material certificates, and food-contact compliance to EU 10/2011 or FDA where relevant.
Cost and volume: tooling is the main upfront commitment and is quoted separately from part price; part MOQs then follow shot weight and cycle time. We quote landed cost per part including packaging and freight.
