Typical scope: cut-and-sew apparel and uniforms, technical and performance textiles, hospitality linen, bags, backpacks and accessories, plus woven and printed labels and retail packaging. Thai and Vietnamese factories cover knit and woven programmes with in-house or partnered printing, embroidery and laundry.
What we check before you commit: fabric and trim sourcing against your tech pack, lab tests for composition, shrinkage, colour fastness and pilling, needle and metal detection policy, and social compliance where your buyers require SMETA or BSCI. Fit, PP and sealed samples are approved in writing before bulk cutting.
Cost and volume: MOQs are usually driven by fabric dyeing minimums rather than sewing capacity, so we plan colourways to keep your commitment realistic. Pre-shipment inspection covers measurements, workmanship and packing to an agreed AQL.
