Consolidation math
Say you buy from 4 factories, each 3 CBM. Options:

Free Zone vs bonded warehouse
Free Zone is best when you never plan to sell the goods in Thailand — duty and 7 % VAT are permanently suspended. Storage is unlimited in time. Best for buyers doing kitting, labeling, or light assembly before re-export.
Bonded warehouse suspends duty for up to 2 years — useful when you're not sure whether goods will be re-exported or sold to a Thai distributor.
What a good Thai 3PL should offer
